Lightwork
Terms of Service
Last updated 19 August 2026
Using Lightwork
These terms apply when you access lightwork.com.au, create an account, make a booking, or use Lightwork's online services. By doing so, you agree to use the service lawfully and provide accurate information.
Accounts and bookings
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. Booking times remain subject to availability and confirmation. If appointment details change, contact Lightwork as soon as reasonably possible.
Connected services
Some administrative features connect to services such as Google and Dropbox. Their availability and operation may also be subject to the provider's terms. An authorised user can revoke a connected service at any time, although dependent features will then stop working.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful material, or use the service in a way that infringes another person's rights.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the website reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. To the extent permitted by law, Lightwork is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the online service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian consumer law.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the website or legal requirements change. The updated date above shows the latest revision. For questions, email caleb@lightwork.com.au.
