Lightwork Google Integration
Lightwork is a Brisbane real estate photography and video production service. Its private administration workflow connects to Google to help manage scheduled property shoots and prepare delivery emails.
What the integration does
- Reads scheduled shoot dates, property locations and attendee email addresses from the authorised Lightwork calendar.
- Creates property delivery folders and obtains a delivery link.
- Creates a Gmail delivery draft addressed to the calendar attendees and includes the authorised account's usual email signature.
Drafts are reviewed by Lightwork before sending. The integration does not automatically send email.
Who can connect it
The connection is intended only for an authorised Lightwork administrator. Customer booking accounts do not need to connect a Google account.
Data use
Google user data is used only to operate these features. It is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train general-purpose artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. Full details are provided in the Lightwork Privacy Policy.
